The Ray White Sherwood | Centenary Spring Giveaway Campaign Prize Draw is a free-entry trade promotion lottery conducted by Ray White Sherwood (ABN: 28 148 936 681, ACN: 148 936 681) of 661 Sherwood Road, Sherwood QLD 4075 and Ray White Centenary (ABN: 73 687 772 827, ACN: 687 772 827) of 1/631 Seventeen Mile Rocks Road, Sinnamon Park QLD 4074.

The total prize pool is $4,828.00, distributed as local business vouchers and experiences across ten weekly Monday prize draws. Entry is completely free—no purchase is required and no purchase improves your odds of winning. By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The promotion opens at 9:00am AEST on Monday, 21 September 2026 and closes for new entries at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 29 November 2026. Entries received after the close date for each weekly draw window are automatically carried forward to subsequent draws until the campaign closes.

The promoter reserves the right to extend, suspend or terminate the promotion early with not less than 48 hours’ notice published on the campaign landing page at rwscgiveaways.au/spring and by email to registered entrants.

This promotion is strictly open to permanent residents of Queensland aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. You do not need to be a client of Ray White Sherwood or Ray White Centenary to enter.

This campaign is designed for owners and occupiers in the Western & Centenary suburbs of Brisbane (postcodes 4068, 4073, 4074 and 4075). While any eligible Queensland resident may enter, residents of all other Australian states and territories are ineligible to enter or win.

• Residents of NSW, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, NT or the ACT.
• Employees, contractors and directors of Ray White Sherwood, Ray White Centenary and Ray White Group Pty Ltd (and its related entities).
• Immediate family members (spouse, de facto partner, parent, sibling or child) of the above persons.
• Staff of any partner business listed as a prize supplier for this campaign.
• Any person who has won a prize in this draw cycle and whose prize has not yet been redeemed. Each person may only hold one outstanding unclaimed weekly prize at a time.

Entry into the prize draw is processed automatically when you book a free, no-obligation property appraisal:

1. Book your appraisal: Enter your full name, email address, phone number, property address, property details and preferred appraisal time. Additional information is welcome.
2. Meet your agent: A Ray White agent from our Sherwood or Centenary office will call to confirm the time and visit your property.
3. Go into the draw: Every completed appraisal booking receives one confirmed entry into the weekly prize draw.

A single person may submit a maximum of one (1) entry for the duration of the campaign. Attempts to circumvent this limit, including multiple email addresses or phone numbers attributable to the same person, will result in disqualification of all associated entries. Once registered, your entry remains active for every draw until the campaign closes. You do not need to re-enter each week.

Ten (10) weekly draws will be conducted on Mondays using a verifiable random selection process, such as random.org. The winning entry number and draw parameters will be published on our social media platforms and campaign landing page within 24 hours of each draw.

Each weekly prize is a voucher or experience sourced from a local partner business. The specific partner and prize description will be announced on our social media platforms and campaign landing page at least seven (7) days before that week’s draw.

Winners are contacted by email, and by phone if provided, within 48 hours of each draw. The promoter will make three (3) contact attempts over seven (7) days before a prize is treated as unclaimed. Winners have 14 days from the first notification attempt to confirm acceptance and provide their preferred redemption details.

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to confirm acceptance within 14 days of their original draw date, the prize will be deemed unclaimed. A single Unclaimed Prize Draw for all forfeited prizes will be held on Monday, 14 December 2026 using the same random selection method and original pool of eligible entries. Redraw winners will be contacted within 48 hours and announced on the campaign landing page.

• Each prize must be redeemed directly with the partner business listed for that draw.
• Prizes are not transferable to another person.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.
• Vouchers expire six (6) months from issue unless the partner states otherwise.
• Redemption is subject to the partner business’s terms and availability.
• All expenses incurred in claiming or using a prize are the winner’s responsibility.

This is a collection notice under Australian Privacy Principle 5 (APP 5) of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Collection is voluntary; however, your name, mobile, email and property address are the minimum information required to enter the draw. If you do not provide them, you cannot enter the draw, but can still book an appraisal.

• Name: to identify your entry and contact you.
• Email: to send notifications and campaign updates.
• Mobile: to contact you if you win.
• Property address: for internal suburb planning and conducting your appraisal.

• Prize fulfilment: If you win, we provide your first name and contact details to the relevant partner business.
• No third-party marketing: We will not sell or disclose your information for third-party marketing without express consent. If you select the optional Curate consent, your email/mobile will be securely shared with Curate for promotional offers under Curate’s Privacy Policy. This does not affect your entry.
• Ray White Group: As a franchisee, we operate under the Ray White Group Privacy Policy at raywhite.com/privacy.
• Retention: Draw records are retained for five (5) years. You may access or correct your data, or complain about a breach, by contacting privacy@raywhite.com. Complaints may also be directed to the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.

To submit an entry and book a free appraisal, entrants must check the mandatory box confirming they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and consent to contact from Ray White Sherwood & Ray White Centenary. This includes contact by phone or email to arrange the appraisal and future property market updates and communications.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Requests are actioned within five (5) business days under the Spam Act 2003. You can also email sherwood.qld@raywhite.com with the subject “Unsubscribe”. Transactional draw, winner and appraisal messages may still be sent while your entry remains active.

The promoter may disqualify an entrant who provides false or misleading information, attempts to circumvent the one-entry limit, uses bots or automated tools, or books an appraisal without a genuine intention of attending.

The promoter is not responsible for technical failures beyond its control. This promotion is conducted under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Schedule 2 (Australian Consumer Law). To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from participation or prize redemption, or for the quality of partner goods or services. Nothing limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

This promotion is a Category 4 Promotional Game under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (QLD). Under Queensland law, no permit or licence is required from the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation to conduct this free-entry trade promotion. Because the prize pool exceeds $3,000, entry is restricted to Queensland residents to avoid permit requirements in other states and territories. These terms are governed by Queensland law and applicable federal law, including the Privacy Act 1988, Spam Act 2003 and Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

The promoter may amend these Terms and Conditions to reflect operational, scheduling or regulatory changes. The current version will always be published on the campaign landing page. Entrants are responsible for reviewing the current terms.
